Aberdeen Wapinschaw 2013

The Wapinschaw took place over four days at Aberdeen Full Bore Gun Club’s (AFBGC) ranges and its history can be accessed on their website which is linked on the menu page.

Robert J Tonner, Vic Beaumont and Leslie Kong travelled to the event and were kindly accomodated at the Rastall family home for a night.

As usual, competitors were well fed with tea, coffee, homemade sultana cake, chocolate brownies, and barbequed bacon and sausages. The journey was perhaps worth it just for that!!??

The weekend started wet and windy on the Friday but Saturday turned to summer, and those of you who missed the event, please make a booking for next year. It is worth it. You can shoot just about ANY gun in your cabinet, over a huge variety of disciplines.

I am afraid I concentrated on shooting as many as I could, so photos are strictly limited.

Results will be found on the AFBGC website.
