JSPC at PHOENIX 2013

JSPC entered ten teams in a variety of events at Phoenix 2013.

Conditions proved not ideal for usual performances from the team members, so this will come with practise, training and competitions.

Basic talent is necessary, but more range time preparation is a must.

However, a good weekend was had by all despite a cold and very wet Friday. In fact, Scottish weather followed us all the way down! Rain, hail, thunder and lightning…sound familiar? Saturday and Sunday made up for that with glorious and warm sunshine.

All the competitors did not know what had hit them and performances were affected all around Bisley.

Having said that, Robert J produced a blistering TP1 smallbore score of 117 with 18X (in the rain!!) which got him the winning trophy putting him ahead of all the big names in shooting. Well done Robert, a well deserved victory.

Full results will be published soon.
