WHEN the Concrete mixer arrived at 10.00am with 3 cubic metres of mix to be discharged in a maximum time of 40 minutes, a team of hardy members were on hand with wheelbarrows and tools. We were fortunate to have the help of two professional builders and the floor to the old target shed was transformed.
We are very thankful to the members who took the day off to attend as without their help the results could not have been achieved.
Tam laboured with the team but managed to escape to cook up some very welcome bacon , sausages, black pudding, and his own hens eggs.
