The 135th Wapinschaw took place at Aberdeen Full Bore Gun Club over the weekend 13-14th June.
Six members of JSPC attended including Norman and Bill travelling from Gateshead, RJ and RL Tonners, David and Leslie.
Only Leslie managed both days, and well worth the time as there were so many competitions on offer.
Norman came up trumps once again and was in fine form as can be seen from the Prize Winners List.
It was mainly an Aberdeen affair apart from us, but it is important that I mention that two lads from Essex, Alan and Matt, travelled all night Friday, shot Saturday and Sunday morning before leaving on the return journey. Well done boys! And good shooting!
I am sure that their tales will bring more Englanders to visit this pleasant land.
My camera stayed in its bag for most of the weekend so I am hoping to get contributions from some of the photographers.
Here are some with thanks to Steve Rider:
And from Bill Blackwood:
Many thanks are due to Lara and Charles, Greg, Glenn and others for their hard work in organising the event.
