The second leg of the SGRC was hosted by the Aberdeen Fullbore Gun Club (AFBGC) and included three courses of fire: 1500 match, Timed and Precision 2 and Phoenix A, in smallbore and centrefire.
Due to personal commitments, many of the expected competitors were unable to attend resulting in a small turnout for the weekend. For those that did compete, the Aberdeen weather was very kind. The forecast storms did not arrive until after the last shot on Sunday.
Observant readers will recognise our special guest Taff Wilcox travelling all the way from sunny Wales. I guess Taff decided to add a bit of class to the event!
