JSPC OPEN SHOOT September 2012 REPORT

Thanks to all those that attended the weekend competitions and special thanks to the JSPC members that turned up on both days to help ensure that the event went smoothly.

Bill Vaughan, Colin Oswald, Robert Tonner, John Paterson and Leslie Kong acted as hosts to visitors from Northumberland and Low Mill ranges, and some members of the Scotland Gallery Rifle Squad from Dundee also competed in the events.

Sadly, Aberdeen Full Bore Gun Club also had a competition on Sunday so their presence was missed.

Colin has been compiling all the scores and that is no mean feat.

Medals are awarded for Gallery Rifle only but it is has been very enlightening to see the number of LBPs and LBRs on the range. We will have to rethink future competitions.

I hope everyone enjoyed themselves.
